Just wanted to let everyone know that the following programs are for the month of July:

  • Warrior
  • Resilience
  • Basics
  • Muay Thai

And I will be posting 1-2 new individual workouts per week – for those not following any programs.

I highly recommend that if you are a Steel Mace beginner (you just bought a steel mace) to start with the Basics Program. I also recommend programs because they are focused to bring you more results! Read the descriptions and select the one that calls you for the month. Some programs will be 14 days, others will be 30 days! So pay attention to the length as well.
